1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Vera's Sweet Creations website and booking of our baking party services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking.
All prices include ingredients, setup, and clean-up.
A mileage charge may apply for locations outside Fingal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled subject to availability.
No-shows are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Your Responsibilities

Provide a suitable kitchen space for the party.
Inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
Ensure children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs

Our parties involve common allergens including flour, eggs, dairy, and nuts. While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care during all events. However, Vera's Sweet Creations is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a baking party, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Photos & Social Media

We may take photos during events for use on our website and social media. Please let us know before the event if you do not wish to be photographed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
